Julie Belton

Julie has spent 25+ years running commercial furniture installation projects across Arizona — the kind of work where the schedule is unforgiving and the details matter. That experience is what led her to build Fieldworks Pro, a field service platform made for teams like the one she runs.
She's also a hands-on builder. Julie has personally GC'd and built two custom homes — doing her own framing, electrical, plumbing, concrete, and tiling — and is currently building a third on a one-acre lot in Wittmann, AZ.
Across every project, the throughline is the same: Julie learns a business from the inside, then builds the systems and software that make it run better. She's equal parts operator and builder, and she brings that same hands-on approach to every conversation.
